Here are some of the vitamins and minerals that you should take to help you get rid of acne.
* B6, 25 to 150 mg in a vitamin B complex
* B5 pantothenic acid, 500 - 1000 mg per day
* Vitamin A (water soluble), 50000 IU - taken just before the meal. Taking more than 50000 IU requires approval Doctors
* Vitamin C, buffered 1000mg three times per day
* Vitamin E, 400 IU twice a day before meals for a total of 800 IU per day.
A word of caution: Do not take more than 50, 000 units of vitamin A, because it can be toxic at higher levels. If you do not show any symptoms of vitamin 50000 back to 25000 units.
Minerals
