After you washed your face with a chemical substance Friday soap, use an applicator dipping into Scotty's face cream or your favorite face cream. Bring the cream on your face and spread it all around. Gently massage the cream in your face, so that the skin absorbs the oil in this room.

These oils will seal the pores and hold the natural moisture from the skin and enhance the healing of the effects of the cream
You can use the cream 2-3 times per day. It is best to use it after you've cleaned your face in the morning and right before bedtime. You can also use it at noontime.

You can use Scotty's' room under your make-or you make. It will work to be done. But it will work better on a clean face.

You'll notice that when using the cream will Tingle in areas without sores and can stabbing in the areas of open sores. This will pass and if it does it should reduce the itching of any sores.

Scotty's room has allantoin, which will help to clear acne sores. The oils, vitamin A and E, and minerals in Scotty's will help to feed, repair, and rejuvenate your skin. The minerals also help to neutralize the toxic acids that have been infected and inflamed pores on your face.

During the cleansing and fasting, more acidic waste may come out of your pores. That is the reason why Scotty's room will help you to the inflammation and the spread of your acne.

For Scotty's room or your own room even more powerful, you can 5-10 drops pure tea tree oil to a two-ounce container. You can experiment with the amount to add. Maybe you want more drops of tea tree oil to get more for your face. But, do not use more than 15 drops.

Tea tree oil has been found to be effective in various skin conditions. It works as an antiseptic, antifungal and antibacterial. This oil helps to oxygen to the skin cell, which kills bacteria and fungi, helping to restore damaged skin caused by acne.

Borage Oil

There is one thing that you can add to Scotty's face cream or your favorite acne cream that will boost its acne clearing power. This is borage oil. Borage oil contains EPA and DHA, which help to the excessive hormones that cause the production of sebum.

It is the adrenal glands that produce streams of androgens in puberty. These large quantities of androgens help to activate the bone growth and help to restore sexual maturity.

A side effect of these androgens is the release of excess oil from the oil glands near the hair follicle. This gives rise to surplus

• black head
• white heads
• pimples
• cysts

So this is what you can do to your face cream even more effective,

- Mix one or two capsules of Borage oil in your room
- Do this by cutting off the tip of the Borage oil softgel and squeeze the oil in the cream

There is a new form of EPA and DHA that is available in a product called Neptune Krill Oil (NKO)

NKO is the new EPA and DHA product, which perhaps better than using Borage Oil. NKO has the omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA in the form phospholipid that is easier for your cells to absorb compared with Borage oil. Borage oil contains the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in triglyceride form, which is more difficult for the cells to absorb.

Another good feature of NKO is that they should not be refrigerated, such as Borage. It can be stored in a cool place in your cabinets. But it costs more than Borage oil.

Word of Caution: As with all creams and oils, if you or skin rash when using them, stop their use.

Use a good face cream to help your acne. You can boost the power of this room by adding tea tree oil and borage oil or NKO.
