This book is very interesting and contains a lot of helpful hints to combat acne. However, it also contains suggestions for women and teenagers as young as fifteen to go on sythentic hormones for hormonally triggered acne. Synthetic hormones play havoc on a woman's body, let alone on a young teenagers. They even go as far as saying that teenagers(as young as fifteen)can "welcome the opportunity to prevent pregnancy while helping treat their acne." I think that Drs.
