![]() Rating: - my .02 worthI wish there was another way to rate this. I gave 3 stars because I was using this up until the weather started getting colder. My skin started feeling tight and I had flakes around my mouth and nose. I switched to another cleanser and also only wash with it at night. In the morning, I just rinse and moisturize. This is working much better for me. I've tried to use Purity a few more times but the tight feeling is there as soon as I rinse. I'll try it again when the weather changes and the oil returns ... Read More Rating: - Great cleanser and toner in oneHave used this(and many other Philosophy products)for a long time, in all weather conditions with my skin type ranging from Normal in the summer to Dry in the winter and never found a better "2 in 1" skin cleanser. Do yourself a favor, try the 8oz size, it only takes a bit and lasts quite a while. You will be more conscious of the amount you use so it becomes more budget friendly. Although Philosophy products are not outrageously priced like many other Dept Store products that don't do near the job. ... Read More Rating: - love love love this stuffThis stuff is amazing. I've always been a soap and water girl. Soap and water followed by astringent/toner on a cotton ball to clean off what the soap left behind. This stuff doesn't lather, fiz, or foam. Just a tiny bit on a washcloth melts makeup and leaves my face so clean there's no need for toner. Not greasy. Not drying. Just perfect. I'm a convert! Rating: - Long Time UserI have been using Purity Made Simple for over 10 years. When I first started my face was oily and prone to break out. At that time I used this product in the morning and a stronger acne cleanser at night. The two together kept my face looking good. As I headed into menopause I no longer needed the acne cleanser and switched to this product twice a day. My skin is still looking good and this product does a great job removing my makeup - except the mascara for which I use an eye makeup remover. It ... Read More Rating: - Effective moisturizing cleanserI've been using this product for a few months now and I'm really fond of it. It doesn't leave my face feeling stripped down or dry like some more astringent moisturizers I've used in the past. However, on days when my skin feels especially grimy (like when I've been out jogging) I use an exfoliating face wash before I use this product. I'd highly recommend this product if you'r looking for a cleanser that will leave your skin soft and smooth. |
