Why Skin Care Is Not Enough

Staggering amounts of money are spent daily on cosmetics and skin care products that promise to withdraw, and turn our faces. How many of our use of a product in just a few weeks before the purchase of another product? Do we jump from post to post, because we really do not see a visible improvement and we feel disappointed in the results?

The ads are so convincing and we want to believe that we can look younger and healthier just by local application of the latest and greatest discovery. Maybe that will happen one day, but for most of us, using certain items skin care and cosmetic aid is not useful in the long term because Mother Nature continues Tromp on our faces cause us to look older.

If we look at our faces in a mirror, as we have more than 40, then we see the aging is not usually about wrinkles. The aging we see is loose in our skin, maybe we see tired, sagging eyelids develop a deepening of the nose or mouth to fold or line. Our jaw is probably not as distinguished as it was a few years back when he slides down into the neck. Perhaps this is beginning to face similar to your older relatives.

Is your face puffy and would you like to see more contours? No skin care or cosmetic product can do. Even a diet is not in the firm, toned, youthful face you remember in your 20's and that in fact a diet exhausted, the fatty tissue under the skin so you older than your years.

Facial muscles must exert the daily movements and the movements we make are not exercise, because there is no resistance. Does not matter whether you sing, yawning or screaming; these movements are not sufficient for a younger face.
